Diana Gallego enjoys creating landscapes and seascapes. She draws inspiration by the enhancing and transforming effects of light sources. Her work consists of balancing tight and fluid strokes covering opaque undertones to lighter tones. She has a BA in Art Studio and a Minor in Education from the University of California, Davis. She has exhibited her paintings in California, Texas, and Italy. She won first place at the National Arts Program and has received other awards.
